We loved everything about the cottage and the layout. You can tell there was a lot of thought and love put into the entire place. We really relaxed and liked being here off season with our two saint bernards."
-The DeNals

Surrounded by nature.

Kitchen and dining space.

Large picture windows.

All the comforts of home,
plus peaceful serenity.

Private entrance to the master bedroom.
The Gretnas
We finished building the Gretna in 1998. Ever since then, people keep saying they just loved their stays, and I can't blame them. The Gretna is a 3-story home that is tucked back in the woods. The manner in which it is built allows for groups of people to be able to be together and also have space for private times.

Surrounded by nature with lots of natural light.

The Grentas is complete with its own private sauna.
AMENITIES
There is a sunken living room that has a wood burning stove with glass door. There is an eating area just off the full kitchen. A closed-in porch, a whirlpool tub, a sauna, and some of the trails around the property are just out the back door. There is a deck to walk out on, a balcony, a fire pit and a place to BBQ. "Heck, if I was on vacation, I would want to stay in a place like this (which is why I built it in the first place)," from owner, Dale LaViolette.
