  The Cottage Retreat is built on a 14 acre piece of property. The Fieldstone was the first cottage built.
  "Before, during, and after clearing the area where this cozy cottage now stands, I spent a great deal of time collecting limestone fieldstones that littered the property and were in the old stone fences that still mark some of the boundaries, and used them to build the Fieldstone" (Dale Laviolette).
   This quaint cottage is accented by antique door and light fixtures, interior stone walls, slate, oak woodwork, carpeted floors, and a cathedral ceiling.
  When you pull in to park your vehicle(s), you will see a stone path that leads away. Follow the path and you will pass between the sauna and the side of the Fieldstone.
  "I have spent plenty of time at the Fieldstone just getting away from it all. As a result, I have many fond memories of 'the little cabin in the woods.' I am proud to offer some of those same opportunities for you to enjoy the area as I have. And I hope that you can take home more than just a few memories of your own."

Policies:
One-half down to secure site. Balance due upon arrival.
Deposit must be received within five working days.

If booking more than six months in advance, full-week minimum required.

If cottage is available within 10 days of desired stay, we will consider shorter length of stay.
(Two-day minimum always required.)

$20/day or $100/week
Off-Peak & Peak Seasons:
$25/day or $125/week

Pets:
Your pet will love the Cottage Retreat.
Pets are allowed upon prior approval.
Each pet counts as one person for pricing purposes.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit will be refunded if the cottage is re-rented and cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to reserved date. A $50.00 service charge will be deducted from all deposits.
